Make Your Enrollment Commitment

We can’t wait to have you join us and are excited that you are ready to enroll at ¶¶ÒõMAX! Follow these steps to make your commitment. 

  • Use your email and password to access your . 
  • Once you are in the portal, you will see prompts allowing you to do the following:
    • Complete the Enrollment Commitment form.
    • Submit your $500 enrollment deposit. This non-refundable deposit is credited to your ¶¶ÒõMAX Student Account and will go towards tuition costs once you enroll.
